Email Safe Senders

Add Martinsville Speedway to your Safe Senders List

Add Martinsville Speedway's "From" address, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com, to your Safe Senders list:
  • On the Tools menu, click Options.
  • On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail.
  • On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
  • In the Add address, enter tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com
  • Click OK.


    • AOL
    New Subscribers:
    Please add our "From" address, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com, to your AOL address book:
  • Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
  • Wait for the "Address Book" window to pop up, then click the Add button.
  • Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" window to load.
  • Paste tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com into the "Other E-Mail" field.
  • Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
  • Click the Save button.


    • Existing Subscribers:
    If our newsletter is in your AOL Spam Folder, please open the newsletter issue and then click the "This Is Not Spam button". Next, please add tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com into your Address Book as described above.

    Yahoo!
    New Subscribers:
    You will need to set up a filter to redirect our newsletter into your inbox:
  • Open your mailbox and click on Mail Options (upper right hand corner).
  • Select Filters (bottom left corner).
  • Click the Add link on the Filters page.
  • Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com. (This tells Yahoo! to identify our newsletter based on its "From" address.)
  • Click the Choose Folder pull-down menu and select inbox.
  • Pick the Add Filter button.


    • Existing Subscribers:
    If our newsletter is getting stuck in your Yahoo! Bulk Folder, please open the issue and click the Not Spam button. Next, check to see if the newsletter's email address is in your "Blocked Addresses" list. If you see tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com on this list, select it and click the Remove Block button. Lastly, please set up a filter as outlined above.

    Hotmail
    New Subscribers:
    You will need to add our "From" address, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com, to your Hotmail Safe List:
  • Open your mailbox and click "Options" (upper right corner).
  • Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link (top of page).
  • Select the "Safe List" link (second from bottom).
  • Copy and paste tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain."
  • Click the "Add" button next to the dialog box.


    • Existing Subscribers:
    If our newsletter is in your Junk E-Mail Folder, open the issue and click the Not Junk button. Next, check to see if our email address is in your Blocked Senders list. If you see tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com on this list, select it and click the Remove button. Finally, if you have not done so, add tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com into your Safe List as outlined above.

    Gmail
    New Subscribers:
    Please add our "From" address, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com, to your Gmail Contacts List:
  • Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
  • Click Add Contact.
  • Copy and paste our "From" address, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com, into the primary email address dialog box.
  • Click Save.


    • Existing Subscribers
    How to check if our newsletter is in the "spam" folder:
  • Click Spam along the left side of any Gmail page.
  • If you see our newsletter listed among the messages in this folder, check the box next to our newsletter.
  • Click Not Spam button along the top.

    • Comcast
  • Click the Address Book link in the left menu.
  • Click Add Contact at the top of your Address Book.
  • To add a contact, you may enter information in the General, Phone, Address, Internet and Personal pages. Use the tabs at the top to switch from page to page.
  • Click Add when you are finished entering all contact information.

    • Earthlink
    TotalAccess® Mailbox
  • Open TotalAccess
  • Select Mailbox and click on Address
  • Click File from the TotalAccess Menu
  • Select New Company (Domain)
  • In the field provided, enter MartinsvilleSpeedway.com, clicking Add and OK after being entered
  • Click File from the TotalAccess Menu
  • Select New Contact In the field provided, enter the following name and e-mail address, clicking OK afterwards: Martinsville Speedway E-newsletter, tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com
  • We also recommend that you confirm that the e-mail address above is not on your Blocked Sender List.


    • EarthLink WebMail
  • Click the Address Book
  • Select All Categories from the Address Book section
  • Click Companies (Domains) on the pull-down menu
  • Click Add
  • In the field provided enter 'MartinsvilleSpeedway.com'
  • Click Allow This Company (Domain)
  • Click Add
  • In the field provided enter 'tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com'
  • Select All Categories from the Address Book section
  • Click Contact on the pull-down menu
  • Click Add
  • In the field provided enter 'tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com'
  • Click Save
  • We also recommend that you confirm that the e-mail address above is not on your Blocked Sender List.


    • MSN
  • Click Options, located in the upper right corner of the screen
  • Click Mail from the menu
  • Click Junk E-mail Protection
  • Click Mailing Lists
  • Enter tickets@martinsvillespeedway.com in the Type a single e-mail address field
  • Click Add
