In-Stadium Texting Service To Help Martinsville Fans

Martinsville Speedway has partnered with InStadiumSolutions (“ISS”) to implement a text-message based communication system at their facility for the Goody's Fast Pain Relief 500 weekend March 26-28.

The text messaging system allows fans to communicate directly with the racetrack’s command post if assistance is needed in dealing with any special needs inside the facility.

“In our continuing efforts to provide thrilling and safe guest experiences, we are extremely pleased to debut this innovative technology at Martinsville this weekend.  It further demonstrates our focus on providing a safe, enjoyable and unforgettable race experience for our guests,” said Martinsville Speedway president W. Clay Campbell.  “ISS’ text messaging system allows fans to communicate instantly with our command center and receive immediate assistance at their location.  We are glad to work with ISS on this important customer service initiative for all our race fans.”

"InStadiumSolutions is thrilled to partner with Martinsville Speedway and give their fans the ability to report, within seconds, unruly fans, medical emergencies and any other track issues directly to the venue's command center.  We know the Speedway is always looking to improve the guest experience and our Fan Text Messaging System will help do just that,” said ISS’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing Scott Meyers.

Texting instructions will be placed prominently throughout each facility via static signage and will be regularly broadcast through audio and video public announcements.
