Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300 Team Information

• Team members DO NOT have to have NASCAR license, but all drivers MUST HAVE NASCAR license.
• Drivers MUST have NASCAR license with them when they sign in, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Race weekend pit pass is $50; test day pass is $25.
• Race weekend pit pass may be bought test day.
• Race will be run strictly by NASCAR Late Model Stock rulebook.
• Race week registration will open at 7 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of race week.
• Registration on race weekend will be held in the trailer outside of the fourth-turn tunnel.
• Anyone under 18 without a NASCAR license must have a completed minor’s release. Parent must sign the release during the registration process. No faxed or mailed releases. Minor’s release completed on test day is good for race weekend if all dates are completed.
• No one under 16 will be allowed into the infield or pit area except for 14 and 15 year olds that have a valid NASCAR License that has not been suspended or revoked and have a valid fully executed and signed minor’s release.

• Haulers can begin staging the day before (September 14 and  21).
• Registration begins at 7 a.m. on September 15 and 22 at the main ticket office.
• Team members DO NOT have to have NASCAR license, but all drivers MUST HAVE NASCAR license.
• Drivers MUST have NASCAR license with them when they sign in, NO EXCEPTIONS
• Anyone under 18 must have a NASCAR license to enter the pits for either test day. NASCAR licenses will be on sale at the track each test day. A parent must be present to sign a minor’s release form to purchase a NASCAR license during the registration process. No faxed or mailed releases will be accepted.
• Infield gates open at 7 a.m. for haulers to enter.
• On track from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with hour break at noon.
• Hoosier Tire will be onsite for tire sales.
• Sunoco fuel truck will also be on site for fuel sale.
• Pit passes are $25.
• Pit passes for race weekend will also be sold on the second test day, September 22. They are $50.
