When the trucks roll into Martinsville Speedway,
everyone knows things are going to get interesting, especially in the fall for the Kroger 200.
It is 50 laps shorter than the spring truck race, which means there isn’t much time to get it done. Drivers get up on the wheel sooner and drive harder. Bumper-to-bumper contact starts earlier and the spins come quicker.
In other words: it is short-track racing at its very best.
Make sure you have a seat for the Kroger 200 on October 25.
Tickets are $30 in advance; $35 race day.
Youth 12 and under are $5.
