Old Dominion Tower

Turns 1 & 2

Accessible seating is located below the Old Dominion Tower between Turns 1 and 2.

Bill France Grandstands

Turns 3 & 4

Accessible seating is available on the front row of the Bill France Grandstands in Turns 3 and 4.

Companion Seating All accessible seating includes a wheelchair space along with the option to purchase additional companion seating adjacent to the accessible space.

Before You Arrive

For quick entry into the lot, hang your handicapped parking permit on your rearview mirror before arriving at Martinsville Speedway. Make sure the permit is clearly displayed when you pull in.

The ADA parking lot is located behind Turn 2 at Martinsville Speedway.

Handicap Assistance Carts

Martinsville Speedway operates a fleet of handicap assistance golf carts managed by Raceway Ministries to help disabled guests with transportation throughout the speedway property.

Carts do not pick up at specific campsites or parking spaces. Pick-up and drop-off service is available at the designated locations listed below.

Post-Race Hold

Cart activity will be suspended for up to 45 minutes immediately following the conclusion of the race. Service resumes once conditions are safe for operations.

Peak Time Delays

Delays occur during peak periods before and after the race. Guests are served in order of arrival. Carts are busiest 2 to 3 hours before the race. Wait times during this window can approach one hour. Please plan accordingly.

Parking Permit Information

  • 1 Guests cannot use a handicapped parking permit unless the person to whom it is issued is the driver of or a passenger in the vehicle.
  • 2 A valid photo ID is required for entry into the ADA lots.
  • 3 The permit must be hung on the rearview mirror when the vehicle is parked in the disabled parking area.
  • 4 Both sides of the parking permit must display valid decals, including the month/year and driver's license number.
  • 5 The parking permit number must be displayed toward the front of the windshield.
  • 6 Handicapped license plates accompanied by a valid photo ID may be used in lieu of a parking permit.
  • 7 Refusal to cooperate with law enforcement officers implementing this program can result in removal from the property.
  • 8 Law enforcement officers will verify that the person to whom the permit is issued is either the driver of or a passenger in the vehicle.

Virginia Law Under Virginia law, unlawful use of a parking permit is a Class Two misdemeanor. Guests are advised to ensure full compliance with all permit requirements before arriving at the facility.
